Super Reel Oven
SANKO Super Reel Oven is designed to meet a variety of baking conditions.
It guarantees superior product efficiency and higher quality performance.
Super Reel Oven is composed of a large baking chamber in which baking trays are continuously revolving, resulting in natural air circulation throughout the oven. Thanks to the reflective heat flow, it facilitates oven springs and brings in even heat distribution. Super Reel Oven is mostly designed for retail bakeries or baking plants with small sized production. Models are available in electric and gas.
Electric Heater Type
Electric oven is offered with high-grade Nichrome wires. It adopted our original production method based on our newly developed heat-electric theory and long-term experiences. The oven offers you superior heat efficiency and product durability.

Gas Fired Type
Gas fired oven features a direct combustion system by LP Gas and Town Gas which are superior in heat efficiency and running cost. Also, it is equipped with the ribbon burners manufactured by Ensign company, who is known for its high quality performance and long-term reputation. You may see the fire durability and power controls are not compared to be other burners.

No Peel Oven
No Peel Oven is SANKOfs original electric oven, in which a series of caterpillar-conveyor flows over the baking chamber in order to load and unload baking pans automatically, increasing the working efficiency at the front opening of the oven. The oven is most suitable for central baking plants, school- lunch bakeries, and baking plants with medium-sized production.
Space-saving & energy-saving
No Peel Oven features compact structure which is composed of two separate baking units. The oven only requires a half of the total floor space for a tunnel oven, and each top and bottom unit can be operated independently, allowing you to bake a variety of product. Also, for small sized production, you can use only one baking chamber as well.
Loading and unloading
can be easily activated by one-touch,
Both top and bottom chamber are equipped with caterpillar conveyors, and loading and unloading of baking pans can be easily activated by pressing the operation switches. Also, the automatic loading and unloading system will arrange the baking pans and cases to be placed in a right position.

Tray Reel Oven has a large baking chamber in which baking trays vertically revolves around a reel structure, resulting in mass-production with the limited floor space. Also, due to the deep body structure, baking trays will pass through an abundance of steam in the chamber, ensuring not only convectional effect but also moist-baking.
